The 7th Thuringian Boundary and Surface Days with 1st Future Arena Surface Technology and 8th Biomaterial Colloquium 2011 in Zeulenroda

from 13 - 15 September 2011 at the Bio-Seehotel Zeulenroda

A total of 300 experts from research and industry in the fields of surface technology and biomaterials attended the conference in beautiful Zeulenroda. A new record number of participants! They were able to learn about various topics in more than 100 short presentations and posters.
This year, the main focus was on the first Future Arena Surface Technologies, the first public workshop of the innovative regional growth core J-1013, Surface Technologies Net, where speakers from industry and research outlined their requirements for surfaces in the next decade. The conference was rounded out by an industry exhibition where 21 equipment manufacturers showcased their products.
