The standard size for the posters at our conference is A0.

Please bring the printed poster to the meeting.

You can either provide us with your presentation in advance or bring it to the conference, e.g. on a USB stick. A member of the conference team will receive it.

The 2022 program is expected to be released in December 2021 / January 2022.

As an exhibitor, you can of course participate in the lecture program as an audience member or as a speaker. However, please remember that no marketing presentations for new products or companies are desired at the ThGOT.

The plenary speakers are an exception. We will contact you to make arrangements.

We are very sorry not to be able to welcome you at our event.

With the registration the general terms and conditions of INNOVENT e.V. are bindingly accepted. Cancellations must be made in writing. For cancellations up to 4 weeks before the start of the event, we charge a processing fee of 50% . After this deadline, the full participant fee is to be paid according to the invoice.

You can register a substitute participant at any time.

No, we charge the full participation fee regardless of whether you use the evening event or not.
