We always give you only the discount that reduces the invoice amount the most.

 

Registration deadlines

  • Proposals for short presentations ThGOT on the topics New Trends in Surface Technology and/or Glass Surfaces until 17.02.2023 (Call for Papers).
  • Poster with conference proceedings contribution (incl. title, author and abstract) by 20.03.2023
  • Early bird registration industrial exhibition until 17.02.2023 at the latest
  • Participant applications requested by 01.06.2023

Terms of business

With the registration the general terms and conditions of INNOVENT e.V. are bindingly accepted. Cancellations must be made in writing. For cancellations up to 4 weeks before the start of the event, we charge a processing fee of 50% . After this deadline, the full participant fee is to be paid according to the invoice.

By registering, the participant agrees that photographic material may be taken, published and his or her person may be photographed. The publications always have the goal of a positive representation of the workshops to the outside. Furthermore, the participant data (without telephone, fax and email as well as address) will be published in the participant directory.

The event will take place according to the hygiene regulations valid at that time. If the meeting is not feasible due to the general situation, we will inform you in time. In this case, we will make every effort to reschedule to a later date.

Data protection notice

In accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that we store your address in a file and process it in automatic procedures. You can find out more about this under data protection.
